When it comes to optics we must start with the fact that it is the best time ever in the history if magnified sighting systems to be a consumer. 

Optics we hailed as the top shelf 15 years ago are now relegated to duty on the backup AR. 

The Burris RT-25 is, in my opinion, one of the best entry level scopes avalible.

It has it all. And at a scant 24 oz it is just as at home on a hunting rifle as on a match gun. 30mm with a 56mm obj it makes the low end of scopes soar above the top shelf of yesteryear. 

Recommended rings are hawkins ultralight med for sendero~ contour barrels, high for 1.20 contour, and cantilever for gas guns.
